she said dis one senior in germany
loves shopping i guess..
own many2 coats, jackets, shoes
she been wearing 'em for years..
till one day
a friend came to her a tell her
that is pig skin lining in some of her clothes (i think..i dunno how she told her..but she's been told)
ok at once i terus terfikir..hurmm betol jge..
ak pon men beli je ap yg ak nak..
so pas ni kena berhati2 laa..
that thing never pass my mind before..
so the moral of the story is...
beware of what we buy...
especially leather...
most common in shoes..
can be at your jacket...
so the question here is..
how to know if that is pig skin lining?
i do some quick research just now...reaaaaall quick...
they have 3 tiny spot in a group
they are very hard to differentiate sometimes..( i think we need to use the ocular for this..jk)
Mostly pig skin is used for the in soles in shoes. So they normally mention in the shoes like "Leather inner and outer" and "Leather lining/in sole" so yang tuh kena careful lah.

"Man-made leather in sole/ lining" pon normally nampak macam pig skin lining but its not.
Oh, and handbags & shoes outer leather tuh normally cow's skin coz they are much softer.
Pendek kata, pig skin nih nampak cam suede lah.
